How we work

From a first call to working software.

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. A short call

    You tell us what is slowing you down or what you want built. We ask questions until we both understand the problem.

  2. A written scope

    You get a plain-language document: what we will build, what we will not, and what we need from you. Nothing starts until you agree with it.

  3. A fixed first milestone

    We start with one small, clearly defined piece of work, with its scope and delivery date agreed in advance. You see how we work before committing to more.

  4. Weekly demos

    Every week you see working software, not a status report. You can change direction while it is still easy to do.
